The Sony Walkman TPS-L2. The first cassette player from 1979. It’s been 45 years since its release. Now I was borderline thinking is it retro or just old school? Either way I wanted something to draw and this thingamabob inspired me. I started this with modeling it in Blender. I usually take it from there to Adobe Illustrator for outlines and fills but decided to skip that this time around. Instead I took the screenshot into Procreate, then added the critters and the rest.
